The two-striped garter snake (Thamnophis hammondii) is a species of snake in the Colubridae family.

It is also known by the common names Christmas berry and California holly. It will feed on invertebrates of all types, carrion, scraps of human food, seeds, eggs and nestlings, and various grains. The trail was voted the Number One bike path for 2006. They can do that from Washington, D. C., if they get the data. Watch speed in any of these underpasses. Some are inches wide. The homes backing on the river have deep lots and it seems that almost everyone has a stable in the back yard. Not a bad park.
